XV challenges how short films are made and watched.

About Us

Mission Statement

We wish to challenge ourselves as filmmakers and collaborate with like-minded creatives all across the world.  Anyone can write, but we believe that by devoting our resources into creating worthwhile short films, we can truly impact audiences beyond our community of Dallas-Ft. Worth.

Our inspiring journey thus far.

The XV Anthology Structure

Volumes of Content

XV is unlike most web series in that it is organized into *never-ending* volumes and each volume represents a different theme. In each volume, an episode can have any genre, take place anywhere and is only limited by one's imagination.

V. I

END OF THE WORLD

What would you do if you only had 15 minutes until the end of the world?  Create a narrative in which the main protagonist(s) must navigate the end of the world.

V. II

CONNECTION

Explore a substantial 15 minute interaction between characters. This can include anything from pets to people, rejections to romance, and everything in between.

V. III

BEST OF THE WORST

What is your best “worst” moment?  Explore the embarrassing moments, the emotional catastrophes, and the moments that we find most challenging.

V. IV

EXPERIMENTAL

Experiment with storytelling by building your narrative around a technical aspect of filmmaking (camera, lighting, production design, sound, location, etc.).

V. V

MICROSHORT

How well can you tell a story in 90 seconds and with three titled acts?

Producing Team

Storytellers...or... the ones to help make the storytelling happen.
